Key Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in:
- Ensuring optimal performance of all departmental assets to meet daily operational targets.
- Taking a proactive approach to maintenance and demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Assuming full responsibility for assigned tasks and collaborating with team leaders as needed.
Daily Activities Include:
- Conducting thorough inspections of equipment to identify any irregularities.
- Documenting all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Implementing approved strategies to minimize downtime.
- Performing preventative maintenance and enhancing equipment, tools, and processes to meet safety and quality standards.
- Making necessary modifications to equipment to align with business objectives and new model requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience with relevant technical certification, or 2-5 years of experience in an industrial setting.
Role-Specific Skills:
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, capable of independently modifying or repairing equipment.
- Proficiency with testing instruments and hand tools.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as mechanical and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with Motoman or Fanuc robots and Omron PLCs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and identifying root causes of issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including 2nd and 3rd shifts.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow the Plan, Do, Check, Action (PDCA) methodology.
- Commitment to adhering to safety policies and regulations.
