Job Overview

Vail Resorts seeks highly skilled and dedicated Cooks to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef, promoting teamwork among staff, and maintaining food quality and safety.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality meals for guests and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with menu planning and implementation
  • Maintain inventory levels of food, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials
  • Prepare continental breakfast and assist with food preparation
  • Ensure kitchen sanitation and cleanliness standards are met
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work weekends and holidays
  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
