About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient shipping processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to verify parts, lot numbers, and quantities picked against pick lists.

You will utilize customer-specific portals to upload documents, create advance shipping notices or bills of lading, and generate additional shipping documents as required. Additionally, you will process small packages through various carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL) and communicate daily with sales/purchasing departments regarding order/package issues, delays, damage, or any other occurrences that may affect outgoing or future orders.
