Key Responsibilities

  • Transport and escort clients on recreational activities, medical appointments, and home visits.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to create a therapeutic environment.
  • Implement person-centered plans and complete documentation to ensure compliance and billing.
  • Utilize foundational teaching skills to support client learning and development.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; some college is a plus.
  • Work or life experience within the intellectual/developmental disabilities field is a plus.
  • Ability to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Valid Driver's License may be required depending on the position.
  • Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions.
