- Transport and escort clients on recreational activities, medical appointments, and home visits.
- Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to create a therapeutic environment.
- Implement person-centered plans and complete documentation to ensure compliance and billing.
- Utilize foundational teaching skills to support client learning and development.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; some college is a plus.
- Work or life experience within the intellectual/developmental disabilities field is a plus.
- Ability to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid Driver's License may be required depending on the position.
- Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions.
