Job Summary

As a Maintenance Engineer at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs in specialized areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all equipment and work areas, documenting all parts used and parts needed to be purchased, and reporting any unsafe conditions to the Chief Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
Clean and maintain all equipment and work areas
Document all parts used and parts needed to be purchased
Report any unsafe conditions to the Chief Engineer

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management, and building maintenance skills
Minimal comprehension and literacy required to read instructions and repair manuals
