Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Traveling Healthcare Professional to join our team at Healthcare Support. As a Medical Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient-centered care
Requirements:
- Active state license as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of experience in the Medical Intensive Care Unit
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
