We are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist who is passionate about patient care and excels in educating physicians and healthcare staff. This role is essential in ensuring optimal case outcomes and providing hands-on training to surgical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical case coverage as required.
- Train surgical teams to promote positive patient outcomes and provide verbal support during training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of perioperative surgical practices and hospital protocols.
- Develop technical expertise to serve as a valuable educational resource.
- Engage effectively with all hospital service providers.
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and kits, including conducting Quality Control audits.
- Troubleshoot equipment following established procedures.
- Provide intra-operative clinical product support.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, matching received and returned items with shipping documents.
- Assist in delivering procedural training to physicians and medical staff.
- Contribute as a vital member of the commercial team, ensuring favorable clinical outcomes.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies, including quality standards and compliance with healthcare professional interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in surgical techniques and sterile procedures within an operating room setting.
- Familiarity with fluoroscopy is advantageous.
- Strong customer relationship skills and procedural skill development.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Preferred candidates will have a degree or certification in a medical-related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surgical Technologist, Radiologic Technologist).
- Compliance with all relevant vaccination regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a potential variable bonus of $20,000.
