Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for surgery by administering medications, conducting pre-operative assessments, and ensuring proper positioning
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
- Provide post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and monitoring for complications
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and surgical procedures
- Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
- Experience in Operating Room nursing, preferably in a travel setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
