Key Responsibilities- Assist residents in maintaining sobriety and developing skills to transition to independent living
- Perform duties in accordance with OASAS Counselor Scope of Practice, including case management, documentation, and representation of BHSN
- Collaborate with residents to identify and address their needs, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals
- Work closely with the BHSN team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to residents

- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Valid NYS licensed CASAC-T credential required

- Valid driver's license, driving record that is acceptable to BHSN's insurance carrier, and transportation for required local travel
