Full Time Speech Language Pathologist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a therapist-owned and run company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive therapy and treatment plans for patients with speech disorders.
- Conduct standardized tests to diagnose communication disorders and establish treatment goals and milestones.
- Document and store treatment plans and progress reports, and update patient progress to relevant parties.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in speech and language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
- Previous experience in the field of speech pathology, preferably in a therapist-owned and run company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Familiarity with communication disorders and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
