Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LCSW to provide exceptional behavioral healthcare to clients of all ages. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with primary health care providers, specialists, psychiatrists, dependency programs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately communicate patient information to ensure timely and correct care.
  • Provide on-call support during scheduled workdays for patient emergencies.
  • Assess patients and develop a list of actual and potential needs/diagnoses.
  • Gather health history through patient and/or family member interviews.
  • Plan and implement patient care, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Return patient calls and handle referrals promptly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Twelve continuous months of experience within the last three years in direct patient care in a public or private institution.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Valid California Social Worker license.
