Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents in accordance with their needs.
  • Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to team members.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations.
  • Conduct staff/family training and education as needed.
Qualifications

To be successful in this PRN Physical Therapist role, you must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
