Applicants should be prepared to stand for extended periods and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. While prior restaurant experience is preferred, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

SERVER ROLE:

As a server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests through friendly and attentive service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
  • Guide customers through the menu and highlight daily or seasonal specials.
  • Provide detailed information regarding menu items, ingredients, and pricing.
  • Accurately take and process customer orders using a point-of-sale system.
  • Communicate any special requests from customers to the kitchen staff.
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Perform side work duties, including opening, running, and closing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in on meals and addressing any additional requests.
  • Clear used dishes and utensils from tables promptly.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns effectively.
  • Follow management directives and report any issues.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Exhibit professionalism and positivity towards both colleagues and customers.
  • Arrive punctually in a clean, pressed uniform with a readiness to work.
  • Complete assigned tasks from management efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a serving role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wine and cocktails is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred, but we are willing to teach.
This position offers hourly pay plus tips, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
