Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Webber. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for setting forms to line and level, reading and understanding plans, and working with survey crews to set stringlines for paving, curb, and gutter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set forms to line and level
• Read and understand plans
• Work with survey crews to set stringlines
• Construct forms for concrete placement
• Check forms during concrete placement
• Assist and direct others in stripping forms
• Install miscellaneous materials in concrete structures
• Install pre-cast concrete elements
• Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers
• Install permanent metal deck forms

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to move throughout a construction jobsite
• Heavy physical activity
• Manual dexterity
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
