Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities- Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and exploration.
- Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
- Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Starting rate of pay is $16.40/hour.
