Renewal Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Renewal Care Specialist to join our Nephrology team at DAVITA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting. Your dedication and expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Schedule and Requirements:
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Coverage for Mount Auburn Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance (Cambridge and Everett)
- Scheduled 4 days per week, including every other Saturday
- On Call: 1x per week 6p-6a, 1x per month on a weekend
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $83,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Renewal Care Specialist, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- No Dialysis experience is required, but training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility
- Potential to float to various facilities during and after your training
We also encourage candidates with Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience to apply. Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certifications are a plus.
