Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Piedmont HealthCare. The successful candidate will assist anesthesia providers and other healthcare members in providing care to patients undergoing operative invasive procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist anesthesia providers in preparing equipment and supplies for administration of general, monitored anesthesia care, or regional anesthesia.
  • Support anesthesia services by maintaining inventory levels of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing invasive procedures, including anesthesia and equipment-related tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting, with two years preferred.
  • Previous experience in an operating room is preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification.
  • Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer. A.T.) or equivalent certification is preferred.
