Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cashier/Tea Barista to join our team at Tp Tea. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality tea beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the shop manager in maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Prepare and serve tea beverages according to recipes and quality standards

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

• Process payments and handle customer transactions

• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates

• Check and report any maintenance needs for brewing equipment

Requirements:

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts
