The Event Operations Associate will assist in the production aspect of events held at the Flint River Entertainment Complex. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, with hours determined by the event schedule of the building.

The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Building Steward, assisting lessees and/or their production companies in unloading, constructing, operating, and reloading equipment for scheduled events.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the setup and teardown of events
• Operating and maintaining equipment
• Providing excellent customer service to lessees and their production companies

Qualifications include:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
• Basic knowledge of stage/theatrical terms
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Punctuality and flexibility in scheduling

This is an ongoing opportunity, with applications accepted at any time. The hourly wage for this position is $10 to $14.00, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
