Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new clients through leads and referrals, and develop strategies to retain existing relationships.
  • Financial Planning and Advice: Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze clients' financial plans, and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their financial needs and provide exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.
  • Product and Service Development: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to Citizens' banking, lending, and investment products and services, and work with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to meet clients' needs.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to grow revenue and expand the client base, and collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a client-centric, proactive sales environment, with a proven track record of success in cultivating relationships and generating revenue.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of industry regulatory requirements, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
