Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to seniors in their homes.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a flexible schedule and competitive salary.

Scheduling Options:

Flexible scheduling

Choose your own shifts

Full-time/ Part-time

On-call positions

Workplace Selection:

Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to seniors including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and socialization to clients
  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
  • Assist with mobility and transportation as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • Document and report any changes in client's condition
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification or caregiver training
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
