Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Proman Staffing. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for assisting walk-in applicants with job applications and related documents, conducting group orientations, and managing daily customer communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all applicants at the kiosks and front desk.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of all applications, I-9 forms, medical questionnaires, and W-4 forms.
  • Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed.
  • Screen new candidates and evaluate job skills to ensure high fill rates and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate employee orientation training and client-specific testing.
  • Effectively communicate job requirements and expectations to employees.
  • Maintain effective business relationships and communications with clients.
  • Resolve any problems with client orders and escalate to branch management as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee information in Avionte.
  • Visit client sites to gain knowledge of specific operations and job assignments.
  • Counsel, coach, and take disciplinary action with service employees as needed.
  • Participate in and encourage a team working environment.
  • Work with peers and managers to provide staffing coverage and minimize overtime hours.
Requirements
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Strong team player with a high level of respect and appreciation for diversity.
  • Strong knowledge of Avionte ATS.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a frequently changing business environment.
  • Dependability and reliability.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Bilingual skills may be required.

This is a sedentary role in an office environment, with occasional walking and lifting of files and boxes. Must be able to travel to other branch offices as needed.
