About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team at BrightView Landscapes. As a key member of our commercial landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing the installation of upgrades for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly job site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Complete job site checklists to ensure all necessary tasks are completed
  • Install required materials for landscaping, irrigation, and site development
  • Schedule delivery of materials and equipment
  • Monitor crew production rates, quality control, and safety
  • Assist in job scheduling and coordination of subcontractors
  • Ensure all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings and operate safely at all times
  • Maintain a hazardous communication folder and report any accidents or incidents
Requirements
  • Knowledge of blueprints and ability to lead others
  • Ability to be certified in first aid and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in extreme conditions and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in direct sunlight and near natural bodies of water
