Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve exceptional results.
- Communicate technical information to customers, employees, and the public in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as DOT and OSHA.
- Work overtime as needed and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality services.
- Operate tree-related equipment such as loaders, buckets, and stump grinders safely and efficiently.
- Be on call for emergency storm work and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Enforce safe working practices and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
- Work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Be highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented with excellent attendance and punctuality records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company and safety policies.
- Recognize and report deficiencies in trees and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Pass a criminal background check and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Understand and operate large equipment such as chippers, trucks, stump grinders, and other machinery.
