Job Summary

Accurate Tree Services, in partnership with H&H Arborists, is seeking a skilled Tree Foreman to lead our tree care teams. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tree trimming, pruning, removal, and stump grinding services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communicate technical information to customers, employees, and the public in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as DOT and OSHA.
  • Work overtime as needed and meet deadlines to deliver high-quality services.
  • Operate tree-related equipment such as loaders, buckets, and stump grinders safely and efficiently.
  • Be on call for emergency storm work and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Enforce safe working practices and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Requirements
  • Work a 5-day schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Be highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented with excellent attendance and punctuality records.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company and safety policies.
  • Recognize and report deficiencies in trees and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Pass a criminal background check and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.
  • Understand and operate large equipment such as chippers, trucks, stump grinders, and other machinery.
