We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a Lead Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, coordinating, triaging, evaluating, and delegating work to members of the patient care team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Triages and responds to patient telephone calls using approved protocols, ensuring documentation meets standards.
- Participates in continuing education and meetings, and participates in committees as requested.
- Exhibits and adheres to our organization's Core Values of Reverence, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
- One year clinic RN experience or 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
