Position Overview:
Johnson Engineering, Inc. is in search of a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in surveying and mapping initiatives. This role primarily involves office-based survey responsibilities, including project oversight, staff mentorship, and contributions to marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading field teams and office personnel throughout the survey project lifecycle.
Proficient in conducting boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, design surveys, construction staking, platting, and managing title commitments.
Demonstrated project management capabilities for effective scheduling and client communication are highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Field experience is advantageous, with the physical capacity to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility and a willingness to engage in diverse project types.
A valid Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license is mandatory, or the capability to secure one is required.
A valid Florida driver's license along with a commendable driving history is essential.Application Process:
