Job Summary:

The Service Lot Attendant/Porter plays a vital role in ensuring complete customer satisfaction by efficiently moving vehicles within the service area, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and providing transportation to customers as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Vehicle Appearance and Performance: Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, replenish fluids as needed, and replace batteries when necessary.
  • Organize Vehicle Inventory: Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Ensure Lot Appearance: Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Transport Vehicles: Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed.
  • Manage Vehicle Inventory: Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
  • Retrieve and Deliver Vehicles: Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility: Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional Attitude: Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
