Quality Assurance Nurse

Southwoods Health is seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team in the Quality Department. This individual will be responsible for assisting in quality improvement initiatives, assessments, and reviews. They will also be responsible for enforcing and integrating Joint Commission, ODH, CMS, and OSHA standards to improve accreditation and regulatory outcomes. Additionally, they will assist with data entry and patient outreach related to the American Joint Replacement Registry. They will also be responsible for completing OPPE and FPPE for providers. Other duties will include investigating incident reports and patient grievances. A Bachelor of Science in nursing is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a dayshift schedule, Monday through Friday.
