Clinical Laboratory Scientist OR CLS Openings on Days or Evenings

Job Summary: We are seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at a 400 bed hospital in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License and a BS Degree. Previous experience in microbiology and blood bank is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing results, and providing accurate diagnoses. The hospital offers a comprehensive range of services, including cancer services, emergency, cardiovascular, imaging, neuroscience, and urgent care. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests and procedures
Analyze results and provide accurate diagnoses
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate patient care
Maintain accurate records and reports
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License
BS Degree in a related field
Previous experience in microbiology and blood bank preferred
