Job Overview:
HCI is a national provider of occupational health services to corporations across the United States. Our core services include audiometric and respiratory screening services via our field technicians and fleet of mobile units.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $44,000 annually, with potential take-home pay up to $44 K ANNUALLY. Additionally, HCI offers a range of benefits, including per diem while on the road, hotel discount programs, non-discretionary bonus, competitive salary, full range of health insurance coverage, 401K plan after one year tenure, and vacation time in the first calendar year of service.

Responsibilities:
As a Traveling Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for performing audiometric screening services for client employees working in various industrial settings. You will also conduct hearing conservation training protocol for client employees, provide professional demeanor and strong customer service skills, and have good communication skills to explain test processes to clients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You should also have the ability to prioritize tasks, self-start, and take initiative, with minimal direct supervision. Furthermore, you must have technical capabilities with computers, internet, email, etc., and physical ability to lift between 35-60 lbs. Finally, you must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening, and have a valid driver's license.
