Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in a Fortuna, California location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy inventory.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
