Job Summary

Medline is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the timely and accurate production of finished goods and ensure the delivery of product to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity of components and finished items, as well as ensuring overall quality of the finished goods produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate raw material through finished goods processing using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Monitor production scheduling and coordinate resources accordingly to ensure production schedule and waste targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory functions that apply.
  • Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes.
  • Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility environment to include hiring, developing, motivating and directing non-exempt employees.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of previous supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment to include hiring, developing, motivating and directing non-exempt employees.
