Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Suncoast Center. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinical services team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the clinical services team, including clinical staff and managers.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services with other programs and services.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical program performance, including client satisfaction, program goals, and treatment effectiveness.
- Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs and services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical staff, including clinical managers and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Master's degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical leadership, including experience in program management and staff supervision.
- Valid Florida driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable to Suncoast Center.
- Ability to complete a level II background screening and local county screenings with acceptable results prior to hire and throughout employment.
- Ability to provide official transcripts directly from the college.
This position requires indoor work, with occasional outdoor work, and may involve exposure to extreme heat and humidity in the summer. The work schedule may be irregular for off-site meetings, community coverage, on-call hours, or if emergencies arise.
Computer Literacy:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other software packages is required.

- Ability to render compassionate care and equal commitment to serve clients in need of healthcare assistance.
