About the Position:

We are seeking a highly qualified academic instructor to join our undergraduate department at TCS Education. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching a wide range of standard APA-advised undergraduate coursework, including courses in Abnormal Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Ethics, and Neuropsychology, among others.

Teaching Modalities:

We offer a variety of teaching modalities to accommodate different learning styles and schedules. These include:

  • Weekly classes, held Monday through Thursday, morning, early afternoon, or evening each week
  • Executive-style blended learning, which involves meeting one day per month with online assignments and brief remote meetings in between

Principal Duties:

As an adjunct faculty member, your principal duties will include:

  • Engaging students in undergraduate curriculum through discussion and assignments as outlined in the course syllabi
  • Providing students with substantive feedback and responding to student questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintaining communication with department administration, faculty, and students
  • Mentoring students in career planning and navigating support services
  • Working with department chair and Bachelor program team in ongoing student success initiatives

Position Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Master's degree
  • Enrollment in TCS doctoral program preferred
  • Experience as a teaching assistant
  • A strong commitment to academic excellence, research, community service, and diversity
  • A strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and mentorship
