Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech therapy services to clients in their homes, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
- Accurately document client information, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with BAYADA's policies and procedures.
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
- One year of experience working with adult/geriatric populations.
