Job DescriptionThe Technical Lead, IT Infrastructure will oversee the management of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. This role will work closely with internal customers to determine project definition and business requirements, providing budget analysis, resource allocation, and coordination of project activities across functional areas within the organization.
This position involves managing personnel consistent with company guidelines, driving results in roles such as IT Program Project Managers, Business Analysts, and establishing program and project management for the IT rhythm of business. This includes managing project committees, ensuring projects go through the interlock process, and creating artifacts according to company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage personnel and drive results in various roles.
- Establish program and project management for the IT rhythm of business.
- Manage project committees and ensure projects follow the interlock process.
- Provide portfolio risk management and mitigate foreseeable project risks.
- Communicate with leadership teams and employees on a monthly basis.
- Oversight of the IT Project Program, including active projects, backlog items, and pending new ideas.
- Establish key performance indicators for IT programs and report them to the leadership team.
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience required.
- Minimum 10 years' relevant work experience, including 3-5 years of personnel management experience.
- PMP or equivalent Six Sigma certification required and maintained.
- Experience with an IT service provider, data center, or SaaS preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $156,000 - $233,000 per year, based on experience, education, and location.
