Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves providing a range of general dentistry services, including endodontics, dentures, root canals, and optional implants. You will be supported by a talented team of hygienists, assistants, and coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.
The work schedule is flexible, allowing for a Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule starting at 8 AM. With no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, you will enjoy an excellent work-life balance. Typically, dentists see 15-25 patients per day, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Qualifications- Must hold an active Pennsylvania Dental License
- Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, but we welcome motivated new graduates
- Strong work ethic and proficiency in all areas of general dentistry
- Commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and collaboration
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- All lab fees 100% covered
- Earning potential of $400,000
- Starting daily rate of $400 for new grads, with opportunities for mentorship
