Care Management Informatics Specialist (RN)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our care management informatics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating care management functions with computer and information sciences to manage and communicate data, information, and knowledge throughout the care management continuum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of care management informatics strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations of care management service areas.
  • Assist in the integration of evidenced-based practice into organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical and operational workflow support for purchased software products utilized by the care management and utilization management teams.
  • Develop and oversee training of personnel for new or modified software and specialty systems.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification.
  • Informatics Certification.
