We are seeking a seasoned Physician to join our team as a Facility Medical Director for Anesthesia Services at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a leader in our Anesthesia department, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and driving quality outcomes.
You will work closely with our hospital administration and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance our performance and reputation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 10 anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs
- Ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes through effective leadership and coaching
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive quality improvement and patient satisfaction
- Fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among our medical staff
