**Compensation Package**

We offer competitive wages, a 401K Retirement Plan after 1 year, and next-day pay available. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience.

**Job Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include vacuuming, trash/recycling collection, dusting, sweeping/mopping of floors, cleaning of restrooms, disinfecting, and other tasks. Reliable transportation, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly are essential.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have accessible telephone availability, be able to follow verbal and written instructions, and possess a strong work ethic. Previous experience in self-direction, teamwork, customer service, and communication is a plus.

**Work Schedule and Details**

This position has a varying start time generally after 5pm, Monday-Friday, and requires a 4-8 hour shift. Sheboygan positions involve working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
