About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis center, where you will have the chance to deliver high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Support patients and their families through education and counseling
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in nephrology or dialysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
