**Job Summary**

ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Batch Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for controlling the production and load out of materials in our batch plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Control production and load out of materials in the batch plant
  • Schedule and ensure timely delivery of supplies to the plant
  • Conduct batching operations in an efficient and safe manner
  • Produce on-time and in-spec concrete for our customers
  • Maintain the efficient working condition of plant equipment
  • Perform maintenance tasks, including greasing, sweeping, shoveling, and equipment repairs
  • Operate batching, dispatching, and quality control software
  • Manage time and material records
  • Test concrete for conformance with mix design and specification

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 1-2 years of batching-related experience required
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively on radio/phone system
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
