Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with dressing, grooming, and personal care
  • Obtain food trays and assist residents with eating
  • Assist residents with range of motion exercises and movement
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Document resident care and activities on flow sheets and task sheets
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings to provide input on resident care plans
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by facility staff
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Idaho
  • Valid CPR certificate preferred
  • Six months experience in a medical environment preferred
