Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Diversified Maintenance Systems, LLC. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects
  • Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and store entrance areas
  • Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners and equipment
  • Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing
  • Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies
  • Follow housekeeping schedule
  • Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers

About You:

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to successfully pass a drug test
  • Some prior cleaning experience is a plus

Compensation: $15 per hour, 5 hours per day, Sunday thru Saturday
