Parts Counterperson

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the correct parts and excellent service.

• Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery, and/or pick-up in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with customers to provide price quotes, process payments, and obtain credit authorization.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing are provided.
• Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed and processed.
• Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock and identify any discrepancies.
• Notify management of any parts or shop materials that require immediate attention.

• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
