About the Role

The Assistant Restaurant Leader is a key member of our restaurant team, responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and developing crewmembers.
  • Assist with creating and implementing schedules, managing cash handling, and ensuring accountability.
  • Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and ensuring compliance with Raising Cane's policies and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilize the reward and recognition program, and authorize employee functions as needed.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in technology systems, including Microsoft Office, and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
