Controlled Contamination Services, LLC is a leading provider of facility solutions and technical services. Our clients are in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense, and Aerospace industries.

The Nighttime Facility Maintenance Technician role is responsible for daily, on-site janitorial tasks at a defined customer facility or office.

SHIFT DETAILS:

4:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Key areas and duties include:

  • Clean, stock, and remove trash in each room, repeated multiple times during the shift.
  • Clean all surfaces within the environment, including walls, desks, counters, equipment, and floors.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning situations during the shift.
  • Report any items needed to be completed by the next shift to the shift supervisor.
  • Become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.

This is an entry-level position, with a GED preferred but not required. Previous work experience is preferred. Controlled Contamination Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
