About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team at Renewal Rehab. As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
  • Ensure physician orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, utilizing modalities and modifying treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions
  • Complete all required documentation
Work Settings

Our Physical Therapist will work in a variety of settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, inpatient, clinics, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state as applicable
