Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in need. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff to identify and address speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success, and maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Georgia.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
