EHS Analyst Job Description

This role supports the plant environmental, health and safety program, ensuring facility compliance with laws, regulations and Solenis policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement in EHS programs, including compliance documentation and emergency response organization.
  • Support the management and implementation of all EH&S programs, including RC/14001 compliance at the site level.
  • Lead change associated with improving environmental performance under CAA, CWA, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA and SARA regulations, and improving safety and health performance under OSHA regulations.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting EHS training initiatives for the site and the online learning management system.
  • Maintaining off-hours on-call availability as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a BS in Engineering and/or Science, Chemistry, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment related fields. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, including OSHA, CAA, CWA, RCRA, SARA, TSCA and CERCLA, is necessary.

A strong background in EHS experience at the plant level, with 1-5 years of experience preferred.

Proven leadership experience and excellent communication, computer, leadership, people development and decision-making skills are essential.
